I placed my order on line. Shortly thereafter, the customer service representative sent me an email advising me that the product would be sent out that same day, but that the shipping price shown on the website was incorrect (the price shown was higher than it should have been), and that she had adjusted the shipping price as needed. I truly appreciated her honesty. I ordered my hula hoop on a Sunday, and actually had the hula hoop by Wednesday that same week. Needless to say, Customhoops representative was very courteous and the delivery time outstanding. I am also very pleased with the hoop received (I chose pink and black), and its incredibly sturdy and fun to use.
